Donna’s Flower Shop customer privacy will be conducted with strict guide lines.  All information given through our secure site  or phone will be handled with care by our staff & after customer satisfaction all records of transactions will be destroyed.

All payment transactions are done via Palpal on our website.  For other options, you can call us on 02 9896-5402 to make payment via credit card over the phone,  another option is to  leave your details on your order form and in the comment box type please leave a phone number and one of our staff will call you to prosses your details,  last option is to pay direct debit but your deposit needs to be paid and checked prior to your delivery (this may be a good option for you if you order and deposit 3 days prior to delivery date).
